1. The Promoter
1.1 The Challenge is operated by [INSERT: your name / business name] (ABN [INSERT ABN]), referred to in these terms as "the Promoter" or "The Body Bounty".

2. The Challenge
2.1 The Body Bounty 8-Week Challenge ("the Challenge") is a body-transformation competition running from [INSERT start date — e.g. 14 September 2026] to [INSERT end date — 8 weeks later].
2.2 Entrants receive: a tiered training plan matched to their experience level, nutrition guidance, and entry into the competition. [INSERT/adjust: list anything else included — check-ins, group access, etc.]
2.3 Entry is capped at 50 entrants. Entries are accepted in order of payment received.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Entrants must be 18 years or older at the date of entry.
3.2 Entrants must complete the health screening questionnaire and sign the Assumption of Risk & Waiver before receiving their plan or commencing the Challenge.
3.3 Where an entrant's screening answers indicate a medical risk, the Promoter may require confirmation from the entrant's GP before the entrant commences. If the entrant cannot participate on medical grounds, the entry fee will be refunded in full.
3.4 The Promoter and members of the Promoter's immediate family, and any person involved in judging, are not eligible to win prizes.
4. Entry Fee & Refunds
4.1 The entry fee is $[INSERT amount] (AUD, inc. GST if applicable), payable at the time of entry via the Promoter's website.
4.2 Change-of-mind refunds: [INSERT your policy — e.g. "full refund available up to 7 days before the start date; no change-of-mind refunds after the Challenge begins"].
4.3 Nothing in these terms excludes any right, guarantee or remedy the entrant has under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. If the Promoter fails to supply the services promised, entrants are entitled to the remedies provided by law.
5. How the Challenge Works
5.1 Within [INSERT — e.g. 7 days] of the start date, each entrant must submit: front/side/back "before" photographs taken per the Promoter's photo guidelines, starting weight, and starting measurements as specified by the Promoter.
5.2 In the final week, each entrant must submit "after" photographs taken in equivalent conditions (similar clothing, lighting, angle), final weight, and final measurements, by [INSERT submission deadline].
5.3 Entrants who do not submit both complete "before" and "after" sets by the deadlines are not eligible for prizes.
5.4 The Promoter may request reasonable verification of any submission (e.g. a short video, a photo including a dated item, or an in-person or video weigh-in) where authenticity is in doubt.
6. Judging
6.1 The winner and placegetters are determined by overall transformation relative to each entrant's starting point, assessed holistically from before/after photographs, weight change, and measurement change. Judging is not based on final physique alone, so entrants of all starting fitness levels can compete on equal footing.
6.2 Judging is conducted by [INSERT: "the Promoter" or name your judging panel]. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into, except as required by law.

7. Prizes
7.1 Prizes are fixed cash amounts:

7.2 Prizes are paid by bank transfer within [INSERT — e.g. 14 days] of the winners being announced and verified.
7.3 Prizes are not transferable. If a winner cannot be verified or is disqualified, the prize passes to the next eligible placegetter.
8. Entrant Conduct & Fair Play
8.1 Entrants must complete the Challenge through their own genuine effort. The following result in disqualification: submitting photographs of another person or from another time period; digitally altering submissions; using prohibited substances to influence results; or providing false information in the screening questionnaire that is material to the competition.
8.2 Entrants are responsible for exercising within their own capacity and following the guidance in their plan. Entrants should stop exercising and seek medical advice if they experience pain, dizziness or other warning signs.
8.3 The Promoter may issue reasonable directions about photo standards and submission formats, and entrants must follow them for their submissions to be valid.
9. Disqualification
9.1 The Promoter may disqualify an entrant who breaches these terms, engages in the conduct described in clause 8.1, or behaves abusively toward the Promoter, judges or other entrants.
9.2 A disqualified entrant will be notified with reasons and given 7 days to respond before the decision is finalised.
10. Photos, Privacy & Publicity
10.1 The Promoter collects entrants' contact details, health screening information, measurements and photographs solely to run the Challenge. This information is stored securely, is not sold, and is handled in accordance with the Privacy Statement at [INSERT URL — or remove reference if you publish privacy wording within this page].
10.2 Submission photographs remain private and are viewed only by the Promoter and judges for verification and judging, unless the entrant gives separate, written, opt-in consent for specified images to be used in the Promoter's marketing. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of entry or of winning.
10.3 An entrant may withdraw marketing consent at any time for future use.
10.4 Entrants may request deletion of their data after the Challenge concludes, subject to records the Promoter must retain by law.
11. Liability
11.1 Participation is voluntary and at the entrant's own risk. Each entrant must sign the Assumption of Risk & Waiver provided at signup before the Challenge begins.
11.2 The training and nutrition materials provided are general guidance for healthy adults and do not constitute medical, dietetic or allied-health advice. Entrants with medical conditions or specific dietary needs should consult an appropriate professional.
11.3 Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11.4 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter's liability for any claim arising out of the Challenge is limited to the amount of the entry fee paid.
12. General
12.1 The Promoter may make minor administrative changes to these terms (e.g. correcting dates or contact details) with notice to entrants. No change will reduce the stated prize amounts or materially disadvantage existing entrants.
12.2 If the Challenge cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may reschedule (with a refund option for any entrant who cannot attend the new dates) or cancel with full refunds.
12.3 These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
12.4 By paying the entry fee, the entrant confirms they have read and accept these Terms & Conditions.
